Booking Deposit Policy Due to repeat no shows and last minute cancellations we enforce a strict booking deposit policy. As of October 1st 2014, a $20.00 deposit must be made for every hour booked in order to reserve the appointment time. The deposited amount will be credited towards your treatment service. Please note refunds on deposits is up to discretion of the business.
For bookings made over the phone, deposits can be made via credit card. Client privacy is of utmost importance, therefore over-the-phone payments will always be processed immediately with no credit card details being kept on our premises.
Cancellation Policy (NOTE: Cosmetic Tattooing has its own Terms & Conditions) We understand unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, we respectfully ask for your cancellation call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you miss, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged half of the appointment total including your deposit. Late cancellations or no shows to promo package or gift voucher appointments will have a 50% cancellation fee.
Cosmetic Tattooing Terms & Conditions All appointments for Cosmetic Tattooing Procedures cannot be booked online and must be booked via email or directly calling our store.
Before making your appointment with Miss Ly please understand that a $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 7 BUSINESS DAYSNOTICE is required otherwise your deposit will be used as a penalty fee. You can only reschedule twice. After this a new deposit must be made.
When making an appointment, a deposit is required to secure your appointment, if no deposit is given the appointment will be held for 24 hours and given to the next client. There are no holds. Due to the demand we cannot reserve spots for more than 24 hours. Please note also that cosmetic tattooing deposits cannot be transferred to another service if there is change of mind.
If you miss your complimentary retouch you will be charged a penalty fee of $150 within the first 8 week from your last visit. If after 8 weeks, it will be charged accordingly to the retouch fees.
Product Returns Policy Products purchased in salon or online cannot be returned for Refund for change of mind. A credit note or exchange will be given. Incorrect choice of colour for make up cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event where there are allergies, please call the salon on 9471 0290 to get further instruction for returns.
Why our Policies, Terms & Conditions exist Our policies are in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients.
Last minute cancellations of less than 5 business days notice for Cosmetic Tattooing and less than 24 hours for all other appointments are difficult to fill. Late notice or no notice given, prevents other clients from being able to schedule into that time slot.
Last but not least All bookings made are immediate consent and acknowledgment of our booking deposit & cancellation policies.
