TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping:
Items will be shipped out within 72 hours subject to product availability. If a product is not available we will be in touch within 24 hours to notify you. We endeavour to have all products in stock at all times, however we cannot guarantee this. Shipping is $12 and to Australia only. By placing an order with our website you give us authority to leave.
Returns:
There is no refund for change of mind or purchase of wrong colour. We cannot guarantee that the colour is accurate on your screen so to be sure please have a colour match and read descriptions provided.
Payment:
Payment is made by Paypal only in Australian dollars including GST.
Other:
If a product arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours and we will exchange it as soon as possible.
If you receive a faulty item please notify us within seven days so we can contact our distributor to report the fault so their quality control inspections team can authorise the defect. Where the product is deemed faulty after product assessment your product will be replaced or refunded free of additional freight.
If you have an allergy to the product please notify us within Seven days with a photo and description. If more than 20% of the product has been used unfortunately we cannot accept any return.
No changes can be made once product orders have been placed.
Privacy and Security:
We do not hold any private information on our system nor will we share to any other external parties your private information. Information provided is for shipping purposes only and payment is by Paypal to provide security for both seller and purchaser.
Limitation of Liability:
We make no warranty of presentation or information expressed on this website of the products. Purchase and use from our website is at your own risk as we will not be liable for any damage of injury caused by the use or misuse of products purchased from us as well as damage that may be caused from using this website. .
